Room Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Please read our T&C’s below. Our main priority is for you to have a super enjoyable stay with us, we just need to have the T&C’s to ensure there is clarity in the booking and staying experience.


Reservation

By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.

We do take card details in order to confirm your booking - we do not tend to charge until check-out so do this as a preliminary measure to secure your booking. In some incidents, full payment may be required at time of booking. All our prices include VAT. Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive card details. On receipt of these details, a confirmation email will be generated and emailed to the email address provided at time of booking.

Payments can be made by Debit or Credit Card, but sadly not American Express. Your card details will be managed by our online payment gateway and PMS system for safety and security.

The management can provisionally hold rooms for 24hrs, but that is at their discretion and is not always an available option.

By making a reservation you automatically agree to The Bull Inn sending you a confirmation email, a pre-arrival/stay email and a post-stay email. You will also be automatically enrolled into our Newsletter database for our seasonal Bulletin, unless you opt out (which you can!).

An overnight stay is classed as from 3pm on the date of arrival until 11am the following day. If staying for more than one night your stay begins at 3pm on the date or arrival and ends at 11am on the date of departure.

ALBATROSS APARTMENT

CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking the Albatross Apartment, you are agreeing the above terms and cancellations, as with The Bull Inn, regarding card details and other amendments to bookings. However, the cancellation policy is slightly amended with a three week tiered charge.

If you cancel in less than 7 days you will have to pay in full.

Within 14 days, you will have to pay 50% of the total fee.

Within 3 weeks, you will have to pay 25% of the total fee.

Over 3 weeks there will be no cancellation charge.


BULL INN ROOMS

Cancellation & No Shows

We require a minimum of 72 hours before the date of check-in to be able to offer a full refund. This does not apply to special offers. See above for the Albatross Apartment’s cancellation policy.

After 72hrs the refund is tiered as follows:

Within 72 hours, 25% charge of the full reservation total

Within 48 hours, 50% charge of full reservation total

Within 24hrs, there will be no refund

However, if we are able to resell the specific room you reserved within the 48hrs of your arrival date we will only charge 25% of the full reservation total. This allows flexibility and costs incurred due to discounts, fees from OTA’s, administrative expenses and other, in reselling the room.

If you do not arrive at The Bull Inn, but have not notified us in advance you will be classified as a ‘No- Show’* we will automatically charge the card details given for the full amount of the booking.

*A ‘No-Show’ is a customer who has booked, confirmed or paid but does not turn up or notify The Bull Inn in any way.



Late Arrival & Check-in

Should you be arriving later than planned please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. We are a pub, so are open late, but should your arrival be after 10pm we may not be able to check you in until the following morning – however we will try our very best to accommodate you.


Changes to your Booking

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. This includes the addition of cots, length of stay, dogs – anything really that might impact or effect your stay with us.


Dogs

We only allow dogs in certain rooms (only two), so if you want to bring your dog you must include them at the time of booking otherwise we may not be able to accommodate you. Should you dog soil the carpets, bedding or mattresses or in any other way damage the room a fee may be charged commensurate with damages. If your dog is a barker I’m afraid they may have to miss this particular trip. Sorry.

The following credit cards are accepted Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard Credit, Visa CPC.
