We will be serving breakfast, lunch, staff tea and supper plus bar snacks. A sample menu will be available soon.
Our wine list will be chock full of interesting organic and natural wines, our bar laden with quality spirits, tonics and juices, accompanied by some remarkable organic lagers, ales and ciders.

OUR FOOD FACTS
VEG — Our seasonal veg is grown in fields not greenhouses. Sometimes this means what’s on the menu will be replaced with another delicious veg that’s in more bountiful supply.
FISH — Our fish come from day-boats who use sustainable fishing methods (no trawled fish will be found on our menus). When there is a storm at sea, our fish will be limited as small fishing operators can’t risk the dangerous waters.
MEAT — We use the whole animal, so no part of the beast is ever wasted. This means a cut of meat may change mid service. (which we will let you know about on ordering).
ALLERGENS — Our kitchen WILL BE USING ingredients that are on the allergen list, therefore we cannot guarantee any of our dishes are entirely free from these.
